Children of the Fourth World
Today, 8R12 students watched a powerful documentary about poverty in Guatemala. While watching the video, it was impossible not to compare their fortunate lives with those less fortunate.
Watch the full documentary below.
Read the comments from 8R12 students.
Read their questions which they would ask the people in the documentary.

8R12 Debate Finalists
Congratulations to Dylan Gibbons and Sasha-Kay Marais, who came out as the top two debaters in the class. Good luck to them for the whanau debate this Wednesday between 8R10, 8R11 and 8R12 students. The best three debaters from that debate will go through to take on Kiwi in the semi-finals of the interwhanau debate later this term.
Also, congratulations to Max and Mandy, who scored third and fourth highest, and will therefore join Sasha and Dylan as understudies for the finals, replacing them if they cannot make it on the day.
